This is an unique opportunity for a Sales Coordinator who wants to take ownership in building and maintaining relationships, think creatively and convert opportunities into results! As a Sales Coordinator within aanmelder.nl you are involved in various projects across the conversion team, actively working on expanding our B2B network. You work closely with the Marketing and the Event Management teams and you are ready to roll up your sleeves to create big wins while having fun. In your role as Sales Coordinator, you will partner and have a strong alignment with the sales team to ensure the acceleration of the sales cycle and convert leads to customers. You understand technology and know how to turn expertise into a value solution for the client's needs by engaging with existing and potential clients to demonstrate how aanmelder.nl can support their business.
What will you be doing?
You are the driver of building new business relationships, connecting with new customers who have expressed interest in aanmelder.nl
Proactive and creative approaches to identify new opportunities in order to expand the network
Creating sales campaigns in line with our marketing communication
Setting up business meetings with relevant stakeholders and ensuring a successful follow-up
Assuring accurate management of the CRM system
Pro-actively pitching, presenting and managing all aspects of taking a deal to closure including quotes and contract negotiations
Manage full sales cycle: Inbound, outbound lead generation and qualification, prospecting C-level decision-makers through various digital channels such as email, Linkedin, social media etc.
Work closely with current and new customers to understand business needs and recommend continuous improvement and innovation plans that will maintain and grow sales.
Drive leads through the early stages of the sales process by regularly communicating with prospects, sending appropriate content and hosting high-level demos
Prepare the relevant documentation for the tendering process
Who are you?
You have at least hbo completed education and thinking level;
3-5 years of international sales management experience (preferably in the event/software industry);
Experience with online business development;
Experience with the CRM system, preferably Hubspot;
A strong commercial sense and entrepreneurial drive;
The ability to surprise and over-deliver on customers’ expectations
A positive and solution oriented attitude
You have a strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of driving impact and business results
You have an eye for detail;
You are a good and enthusiastic communicator;
You have outstanding Dutch and English skills, German is highly desired;
You actively ask for feedback and are not afraid to give constructive feedback on other people's work;
